Join us in the dining room Wednesday at 6 p.m. for My Journey to Wellness, a talk by our kombucha brewmeister Mychele. Born with an auto-immune disorder, arthritic by age eight, Mychele shares the story of her transformation in this open discussion and Q&A session. Free.

January’s cooking class, Plant-Based for the New Year, takes place Friday, January 25, from 6 – 8 in the Kitchen. We’ll be sharing tips on how to create multiple meals from one basic protein-rich recipe. Note: this class is currently full.
