Soup to go!
Our refrigerated, ready-to-heat soup will be available for purchase in the café beginning next Tuesday, January 9, and you can start reserving this week.
Available by the pint or quart, sold in glass canning jars, these soups will keep up to a week in your fridge. Enjoy them as soup, or serve them over rice or other grains for a heartier meal. Gluten-free, always vegan.
We’ll make one soup each week to start. Here’s what’s on offer for January:
Jan 9: Thai Red Curry w/ sweet potatoes, fresh ginger, & coconut milk
Jan 16: Loaded Lentil w/ carrots, peas & potatoes
Jan 23: Spanish Chickpea w/ chopped greens, spicy tomato broth & smoked paprika
Jan 30: Italian Vegetable w/red beans, carrots, zucchini & fire-roasted tomatoes
Pints are $6, quarts are $10.
Order by the Friday before and we’ll have your soup ready the following Tuesday. (That means if you want to reserve the Thai Red Curry, let us know by this Friday, January 5.) To place an order, call us during the week at the cafe, or message us on Facebook. You can also send us an email. Make sure you specify quart or pint when you order.
If you’d rather not reserve, we’ll also have some chilled pints and quarts available for purchase during the week on a first-come, first-served basis.
